Dean Howard Heat and Air is a fantastic company. Their customer service is #1. The price I paid was exactly the price quoted, and that price was fair and reasonable. They installed a new heating/ cooling system, including new ducts and registers. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. Before they started work, they put down tarps and when they finished they vacuumed and cleaned up. It took a day and a half to install. Something that really impressed me was when they weren't satisfied with the air flow, they came back and worked another two hours, until they were satisfied with it. I would never have known the difference, but they did! Above and beyond. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Very happy with the new Daikin system installed by Dean Howard Heating & Air. Sean and Austin did a great job on the install, very clean and professional. System works awesome and no need to worry with the excellent warranty from Daikin.

A RARE COMPANY THAT VALUES YOUR BUSINESS

Over the last few years, we've had a few Heating/AC companies come by and check out our system. More than half of them disappeared when we needed help. Dean Howard actually came out and convinced us that we should replace the coil instead of the entire system as recommended by another company. We did so at a substantial yet fair price, but when the July temps forced us to use the AC system more frequently, a small water leak formed. Sean responded within 12 hours to see what was wrong. Because of a defect in the coil design, he ended up replacing the coil with a better design at no cost to us. This is outstanding customer service that I highly recommend.

I have used Dean Howard to replace my A/C a few years ago and most recently to repair my heating system. On both occasions this company was extremely responsive, professional and honest. Their pricing is very fair for quality service. Diagnosed my heater problem, showed me the damaged part, gave me a rough estimate and returned later that day and completed the repair for the estimated price. You couldn't ask for more. Dean Howard Heating And Air offers outstanding service and products! We had a full gut job done on 30 year old home, they completely took everything out of the attic, installed all new duct work, new 24 seer heat pump and A/C system. They also added two new Aerocool evaporative air coolers ducted to all rooms, and installed Updux vents throughout the house. Now even our attic and four car garage will be kept cool during the hot desert summers!

This was a major job that other companies couldn't or wouldn't touch, and we shopped around. Dean, Mike, and his crew were just super! Always friendly and professional. The job took about a month to complete and this was due to supply chain issues with the manufacturer, but Dean always kept us informed and up to date on what to expect.

Do yourself a favor, if you need to have a quality system installed in your home, call Dean Howard Heating and Air for expert service!

Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable and even though it was an electrical issue not an air conditioning issue he still managed to get my air conditioner back on for me and ultimately helped me get it fixed through an electrician he knows. I contacted Dean and advised him of my problem with our heater, he said he would have someone come out the next day which was OK as they were booked solid. I got a call the next morning about 9am and it was Mike Howard, he said he would be here by 11am which was fine with me, he arrived at 10:30 and proceeded to see what was wrong with our heater and it was the ignitor that was the culprit, he replaced it with a new one and bingo we had heat once again.

I want to say Mike was very professional, prompt, friendly he also gave me a summary of how our attic unit looked overall and it was good news.

I will continue to use Dean Howard Heat & Air going forward if I need anything done to my AC/Heating system. The price of the repair was more than fair and the service and promptness was fantastic.
